Floyd Ruskin is the founder of the conservation and environmental group A Park for All.  With over 30 years of volunteer advocacy, Floyd enjoys the quote by Alice Walker - "Activism is my rent for living on the planet".

Volunteer experience
Lead advocate for Build the Park, a coalition of community groups struggling to have the planned Metrolinx Don Valley Layover relocated to a more suitable and less environmentally destructive location.  Former board member Don't Mess With the Don; Lost Rivers steering committee and walk leader; Walking Toronto advocate; Don River Valley Park Advocate; Jane's Walk leader; Woodgreen Dropin Foodbank; Rivers Rising Ambassador; Site tour leader and welcome desk advisor at Evergreen Brickworks; Glen Rhodes Foodbank; TDSB field trip and nature hike leader.  Married to Susan with an adult daughter, the Ruskin's have lived in Riverdale since 1983.
