Many local Rotary clubs in Canada have contributed money and logistical support to make this fundamental but so important project happen. It will take an ongoing effort to help expand this program and make a lasting contribution to the health of thousands in Uganda.  Rotarian Hugh Clemence thanks Joe for his time speaking with our club and efforts towards a great cause.
